Tonbridge to Yalding Just a reminder to keep Saturday 26th October free for the Medway 'run'. The river is generally flat water paddling with the addition of four canoe shoots (See Sept 12 Forum entry for pictures) and ends at Yalding which has a decent weir for play-boating. At just over 6 miles It is accessible to most paddlers in the club. For more info on the location see: www.medwaycanoetrail.co.uk/home.php . We'll aim to leave the South coast at about 08:00 for Tonbridge (The drive is under two hours); after a quick bite in Tonbridge, we’ll get on the water at 12:00ish and arrive at Yalding around 16:00 (stopping for a break on the way). Hope to see you there! Bruno
